Emperors Decorated Assassin

I created this concept for my final project at university. I was based on the Wuxia period of Ancient China and fighting games such as Naraka: BladePoint.
This character is The Emperors Decorated Assassin. This is her show armour, that would be used for festivals, Important events and high profile battles.

So I tweaked the colours a bit more to get the combination I want.

After exploring a few different ideas my first colour combination was my favourite.

I wanted to show off more of the character so decided to change the pose before doing the colour concepts.

The tiger theme really came out through the weapon design.

Wanting a more interesting mask I concepted out some ideas. The tiger was my favourite, this also gave me the idea to continue the tiger theme throughout the design.

This was my favourite concept so far, however, I felt something was missing.

Here I was playing around further with more ideas. I really liked the bow characters' concept tho.

Here I picked my favourite few designs from the Initial concept page, creating this variation of ideas.
